Particle-in-Cell (PIC) Simulation for Weakly to strongly magnetized Strong Parallel Shocks Using the SHARP Code

In this study, we investigate the effects of increasing the background magnetic field (i.e., from weakly to strongly magnetized cases) on the evolution of parallel magnetized electron-ion strong shocks (with realistic ion-to-electron mass ratio mi/me =1836) in 1D3V PIC simulations.
